Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order
with CornerCardshop.com. It is understood that placing an order
with CornerCardshop.com confirms acceptance of these terms and
conditions, which may be subject to change from time to time.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY
While we endeavour to post all cards on the day specified by
our customers, only orders received with 24hrs notice are
guaranteed to be posted on the requested date.
Most UK mainland first class post is delivered on the following day.
However to be safe, you should allow 3 working days for postal delivery within mainland
Britain and at least 7 days for postage to the rest of the
world.
PRINTING OF GREETINGS
When printing your message inside a card or the recipients
address on the envelope, we use the exact wording you entered
at the time of making your order. It is important that you
check the accuracy and completeness of your order as you bare
sole responsibility for the accuracy of the greeting content
and the envelope address. On occasions, when spacing and the
number of blank lines used affect the legibility of the card,
CornerCardshop reserve the right to alter the formatting to
improve legibility. We will not, however, change the wording
or spelling.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order, send an email to service@cornercardshop.com
and every effort will be made to prevent your order from being
posted. We aim to print your message in the card the same day
the order is received, this guarantees the availability of the card when
it is time to post it. If we receive a cancellation request before your message
is printed into the card then we will offer a full refund.
We also send blank cards to our customers so that they can write them themselves. For such orders, arrangement for the return of the goods and a full refund can be made by sending an email to service@cornercardshop.com.
PRIVACY
CornerCardshop.com operates within the Data Protection Act
1998. Your privacy and the privacy of third parties whose
information is given to us as part of our normal ordering
process will only be used in accordance with our contract
to supply cards. This data will be stored securely and will
not be used by us for any reason other than the fulfilment
of your order. Nor will your data or any data supplied to
us in accordance with our contract to supply cards be sold
on to any third parties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CornerCardshop.com cannot accept liability for any of the following:
Message Contents
Your message and envelope address will be printed
exactly as you have supplied them. No responsibility will be
accepted for the content or accuracy of a message or for any
distress or offence that message may cause to any third party.
CornerCardshop.com reserves the right to refuse an order in
which case a full refund will be given.
Reminders
Any failure to communicate a requested reminder
however caused. Or any distress caused to you or any third
party by the arrival of a reminder.
Delivery Failure or Delay
Delivery Failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances
beyond our control, such as delays in postal services, failure
of suppliers, fire, strike, war, civil unrest or Acts of God. Such delay will
suspend our obligations under the contract for the period
of the delay.
Website Use
Any loss or damage, however incurred, arising
out of or in connection with the use of this website.
