This Privacy Policy explains how Corner Card Shop collects, uses, and shares information when you visit cornercardshop.com, place an order, or sign up for emails or text messages. Corner Card Shop is a sole proprietorship operated by Yajen Tan, doing business as Corner Card Shop ("Corner Card Shop," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 561 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas, California 91773. We sell Pokemon sealed products and singles through in-person meetups in San Dimas and Ontario, California, and through limited online sales and shipping.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and the contents of any message you send us.
  • Payment information: when online checkout is available, payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Payments made in person at meetups are handled at the time of sale.
  • Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Communication records: records of emails and text messages we send and receive, including your consent to receive them and any opt-out.

2. How We Use Information

  • To process and ship orders and provide customer support.
  • To send order updates, shipping notices, and other service messages, and to arrange meetups and pickups.
  • To send promotions, new-arrival and restock alerts by email or text message, if you have opted in.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and measure advertising performance.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we use it to send the text messages described in our Terms of Service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support of our services, such as our messaging platform and carriers, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • A successor if the business is sold or transferred.

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. We will still send transactional messages about your orders.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request a copy, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information.
