These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cornercardshop.com and any purchase from Corner Card Shop, a sole proprietorship operated by Yajen Tan, doing business as Corner Card Shop ("Corner Card Shop," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 561 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas, California 91773. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, place an order, or sign up for text messages. By doing so, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
We sell Pokemon sealed products and singles (trading cards). Pokemon and related names, artwork, and marks belong to their respective owners, and Corner Card Shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We try to describe and photograph items accurately, but colors, centering, condition, and appearance may vary from images. Grades, conditions, and descriptions are our good-faith opinion and are not guarantees. Quantities are limited, and we may limit or refuse any order.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may cancel an order for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already charged for a canceled order.
When online checkout is available, payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor, and you agree to their terms. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable tax and shipping. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
All sales are final. Because of the nature of collectible items, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges, except where an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or is not delivered, and you tell us within 7 days as described in Section 5, or where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Program description: If you opt in, Corner Card Shop will send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide, including order and shipping updates, meetup coordination, customer service replies, promotions and offers, and new-arrival and restock alerts.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using bots or scrapers without permission, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
The site and its content, including text, photos, logos, and design, belong to Corner Card Shop or its licensors. Card names, artwork, and brand marks shown on products belong to their respective owners, and Corner Card Shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corner Card Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Corner Card Shop from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
